Descirption of the technique

In my practice, I developed a distinctive integrative method that incorporates a diverse range of constellation techniques, including those focused on family, quantum, organizational, structural, spiritual, symbolic, and systematic aspects.

This integrative approach enables me to explore and address complex interrelationships across multiple levels, providing my clients with a deep and multi-layered understanding of their issues.

With the help of family constellations I work with the family dynamics by revealing hidden patterns that influence behavior and relationships of my clients. It helps to understand and solve family issues and hereditary trauma.

In corporate constellations, my focus lies in enhancing corporate culture and management practices to uncover and address hidden issues within business structures and team dynamics.

My approach also encompasses quantum constellations, wherein I utilize principles from quantum physics to broaden the understanding of how thoughts and intentions can impact our lives. This enables my clients to recognize deepest connections between their internal experiences and the external world.

Through structural constellations I work with more abstract aspects of personality such as processes of taking decisions and inner conflicts to help my clients to find balance and clarity in their life choices.

Spiritual constellations help my clients to examine and develop their spiritual and symbollic aspects by consolidating their recognition of their own beliefs and values.

Another important part of my practice is working with body constellations which allow my clients to express and recognize their inner emotional state through body sensations and movement.

Through the integration of these methods, I cultivate a unique environment wherein my clients can explore and address both personal and systemic challenges, facilitating personal growth and healing.

What distinguishes constellations from other psychological methods?

Eric Berne used to tell one very famous story about the advantages of transactional analysis.
I would like to tell this story to you:
- "If a patient were to express a desire to harm their spouse and conceal the body in the bathroom during therapy, a psychoanalyst might ask, 'Why choose the bathroom? What significance does it hold for you?' However, my (Eric Berne's) focus would be more directed towards understanding the patient's actions."

Actions always lead to a certain goal. But it often happens that by acting we forget about the goal. The concept of seeing a psychotherapist involves the act of seeking therapy from a psychotherapist. It often sounds cool "I'm seeing a psychotherapist" or "We worked through this technique/issue with my psychotherapist several times." Implying: "I want you to understand that there's nothing new that you can tell me and I'm already specialist in this issue."
We all have enough traumas, but if you have a certain problem (meaning - goal), such approach will cost you a lot of energy, time and money.

Just imagine:
- I'm experiencing emotional burnout. I do want to wash my face in the morning and in the evening I spend my time on the internet browsing pornographic websites.
- What happened in your childhood that was connected with washing your face naked? How is the Internet connected with your routine and your intimate life?

Would this type of therapy work? I guess so. However, it's important to consider that the human psyche is so multi-faceted that delving into one's mind during therapy could take years.
And trust me, you will find a lot of further issues.
And each time, we may make a small progress of approximately 3-5% towards resolving the issue of emotional burnout.

While working with CONSTELLATIONS, I focus on the GOAL ONLY!
I don't usually ask what you do in the morning or in the eveninig. Moreover, such details would burden me as I devote 95% of time to the achievement of the GOAL and the problem will never return.

- I want to overcome my emotional burnout and I also have strange dreams about washing my face in the morning and in the evening I browse pornographic websites.
- Ok. But how does solution of your washing-issues and Internet affect your emontional exhaustion? I would rather come back to your burnout.

Nowadays, an increasing number of individuals view having a therapist for psychological and emotional support as essential as having a personal fitness coach and being an internet blogger. For many, seeking therapy is considered a fundamental aspect of their lifestyle. However, being subscribed to a fitness club does not guarantee a perfect body. Being a blogger does not necessarily increase number of friends coming to your birthday party. And having a personal therapist will not necessarily solve your problems with partners.

Constellations, on the other hand, will guide you to your Goal most efficiently.
Like Berne, I am solely focused on action. So keep moving forward! Movement is life!
